In order to connect to our FTP server, a few settings are necessary.
- Our FTP server accepts only "FTP" as transfer protocol, all other protocols are rejected.
- Furthermore, our FTP server accepts encrypted connections (non-encrypted connections will be also accepted). Please select "If available, use explicit FTP over TLS" in the connection options.
- Choose the following port for your connection: 21
If you have set everything correctly, you can successfully connect to our FTP server.
